In order to obtain and display the "made in Green" label, a textile article must fulfil the following requirements:

Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certification (Product Certificate).

The product must have been manufactured in production centres with ISO 14001, Oeko-Tex 1000, EMAS or equivalent certification of an environmental management system (company/ies manufacturer/s).

The product must have been manufactured in centres certified by an external and independent recognised body, with a code of conduct and social responsibility which, as a minimum, includes the definitive AITEX (CCRS-AITEX) Standard, based on international standard SA8000 (company/ies manufacturer/s certification).
