Code of conduct according to CCRS-AITEX

The code establishes a series of principles and requirements in the production centre which ensure egalitarian and responsible social conduct designed to improve working conditions of all employees, while at the same time contributing to social and economic development.

Its purpose is:

· To develop, maintain and apply the principles and requirements needed to handle the ethical and social matters within their control and competence.

· To demonstrate to interested parties that their principles and prerequisites conform to the requirements of this code.

Principles:

- Corporate social Policy

- Functional structures and responsibilities

- Criteria:

  · Child labour

  · Absence of forced labour

  · Working day

  · Health and safety

  · Personal and collective rights

  · Non- discrimination

  · Wages system Assumes as its own the following declarations and agreements:

· Universal Declaration of Human Rights

· United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

· The United Nations Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women. (CEDAW)

· Conventions and Recommendations of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) In all cases, the legislation in force in each country will be applicable.
